CHEESE RAVIOLI

Actually I made only 3 servings of the fettuccine on the previous recipe post. I made cheese ravioli using the last dough ball.Made about 5-6 raviolis. I use cheddar cheese, because it’s the only available one in my fridge. I bet you can use mozzarella, ricotta, or any other semi soft cheese that melts beautifully.

Directions :

  1. roll the dough thinly, cut in circles using the top of glass (or anything you can find to cut in circles).
  2. grate the cheese, form a small balls, put on the middle of the circle.
  3. wet the edges around the cheese and put another circle on top of it and press.
  4. boil for 4-5 minutes and serve with the sauce.
