A very simple dish when I’m feeling hungry, like all the time. haha… Just toss a portion spaghetti, dollop of pesto, add some fried sausages, and my personal favorite, add garlic. Voila!

It’s a simple tenderloin rubbed in dry herbs & spices, grilled to medium, the way I like my steak to be.
