- 1 box of spaghetti
- A handful of fetah cheese
- A drizzle of olive oil
- A handful of fresh basil leaves
- 2 tomatoes
- lots of garlic
Cut tomato in half, whole garlic, drizzled with olive oil, baked in 250’C for 20 minutes.
when it’s done, mush the tomato & garlic in a big bowl.
A handful of fresh basil leaves, shred it with your hand, give a little rub on the leaves.
Mix the basil with garlic tomato mush. Now it’s time to boiled the spaghetti to al dente.
While waiting for the spaghetti to cook, diced the fetah cheese.
drained the spaghetti, mix with tomato basil, add the fetah cheese. Mix again, lightly. All done!
