AGLIO OLIO with a twist

I love cooking something that you can just throw in the pan and voila, in 10 minutes you got a lovely simple dish. Aglio Olio is like the perfect example. All you need is just the pasta, olive oil, and some garlic. Though for my version, I use some added ingredients that are perfect!

well.. fruggies is fruits and vegggies.. LOL. Basically you can use any kind of fruits and vegetables you like, it’s the dressing that counts. It’s healthy, it’s light and fresh, and yet still very delicious. Perfect for those on a diet.

  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • lettuce
  • 1/2 avocado
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 1 egg
  • olive oil
  • honey
  • lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove

when making lasagna or canneloni, i like to make my own pasta with a crepe recipe. the end result will be softer and moist.

serving size : 20cm x 20cm baking dish/pan (for lasagna)

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 – 2 cups of warm water
  • Seasoning¬†: 1 tsp of oregano, a pinch of salt & pepper
