I love dory fish. So soft & tasty.. delicious! one of my favourite fish.

Ingredients :
- dory fillet
- 1/2 lemon
- mozzarella cheese
- salt & pepper/paprika powder
- olive oil
Directions :
first thing first, preheat the oven to 200’C.
Marinade the fillet with freshly squeezed lemon juice & a pinch of salt & pepper. Let it soaked for 15 minutes.
Drizzle olive oil on a sheet of aluminium foil, placed on the baking tray.
Move the fillet onto the sheet, crinkled the edges surrounds it, pour the rest of the marinate juice on top of it. If you like a bit of spicy flavour (like me), add sprinkle of paprika powder or even fresh crushed chili.
Put slices of mozzarella on top of the fish, as many as you like.
Baked the fish for 15-20 minutes, or until the mozzarella all melted and crusted on top of the fillet.
