MISHAP OMELET

The reason why i named it “mishap” is because i kinda ruined it at the end. My lovely omelet has became scrambled egg, hahaha.. But still taste great, and a must try recipe.

Ingredients :

  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1/2 cup of skim milk (or full cream if you like)
  3. 6 black olives
  4. 1/2 cup of fetah cheese or any other cheese
  5. tomato
  6. smoked beef
  7. olive oil

Directions :

First thing first, slice the tomato, olives & smoked beef into medium-tiny pieces.

Beat the eggs, add a pinch of salt, add the milk gradually, keep beating until it’s a little bit foamy.

Prepare the fetah cheese, make it crumbly. you can use any other cheese you like. Cheddar, mozzarella, gouda, ementhal… *now I’m drooling*

add the tomato, olives, smoked beef, cheese to the egg mix. Stir it lightly.

Prepare the NONSTICK pan, use small flames, drizzle the olive oil on the pan, now pour the egg, then cover the pan with glass cover.

Keep it close for around 3-5 minutes (or until it’s firm enough), then we have to fold the egg, right? That’s where I messed up. Hahaha. *damn you sticky non-stick pan!*

So I ended up with scrambled egg instead of omelet. LOL. But still taste ah-may-zeeeng!

note : Find a good non stick pan! Very very essential..
