Actually I made only 3 servings of the fettuccine on the previous recipe post. I made cheese ravioli using the last dough ball.Made about 5-6 raviolis. I use cheddar cheese, because it’s the only available one in my fridge. I bet you can use mozzarella, ricotta, or any other semi soft cheese that melts beautifully.
I bought a pasta maker last week and couldn’t wait any longer to make a fresh pasta to eat. This recipe of the dough I found online from this website. It has soooo many great Italian recipes.And the recipe for the pasta is perfect! The texture is soft but firm, and taste great also.
To make about 3/4 pound (3 to 4 servings):
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 tablespoons lukewarm water
