Setelah cukup lama menunggu, akhirnya saya mendapat lampu hijau untuk mengikuti tantangan Klub Berani Baking. Sebagai calon anggota baru yang harus di ospek dulu, saya diwajibkan untuk ikut 2 tantangan berturut2 tanpa terpotong. awalnya sih santai.. pasti bisa. eeeh ternyata sampai waktunya mepet banget baru sempat bikin. phew.. pas sudah selesai rasanya lega banget. Jadiii.. di bawah ini kumpulan foto dari pelaksanaan tantangan, dan nanti di paling bawah resepnya.
I always love peanut butter, the soft kind, not the chunky one. Peanut butter with chocolate is like the best combination ever. Today I got an order for a box of vanilla & chocolate cupcakes, and I ended up with some leftover batter, like always.
Because lately I’m crazy about my cousin’s peanut butter cupcake, I decided to make my own version. I was stuck at decorating ideas, so I decorated some of the cupcakes exactly like what my cousin always does.
I made a TIE DYE CAKE for a birthday party of my friend. Actually it’s for his son’s 3rd birthday, but I kinda hate him for already having a son when he’s younger than me! How could he??? AND his wife just gave birth to their 2nd child!! WHATT?? *end rants*
Anywaayy… the cake, yes. I was reluctant because, ONE, I don’t take order on birthday cake. NEVER. TWO, I have limited tools for decorating cakes. But he begged, and begged, and I let him begged some more, just for good measures, before I caved and agreed to bake him this cake. Of course, with a fair warning of I’M NOT THAT GOOD AT DECORATING FULL ON CAKE YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER!!
