It’s the weekend. There’s no better food thank junk food on the weekend! One of my favourite junk food is Indomie Mie Goreng. It really is the most delicious thing ever! But as much as I love it, I never make it just as it is. I always have to add some more ingredients to it. One of my favourite way to do it is this.
- a pack of indomie goreng
- 1 egg
- enoki mushroom (or any other mushroom you want)
- sweet soysauce
Cook the noodle as in the direction, set aside. Don’t mix it with the seasoning yet!
Sautee the mushroom with butter until soft.
Add the egg and just scrambles away until the egg is cooked.
Add the noodle, seasoning, and sweet soy sauce. I love mine all dark & sweet. Lots of sweet soy sauce.
Now, it seems done. You can eat it just like this.
Add grated cheddar cheese! Haha.. I know it’s not healthy at all, but it’s the weekend, eat away!
