On these rainy days with heavy rainstorms, I always thinks of a cup of hot chocolate in my hands. Hot chocolate in its own glory is already a winning formula for me, but add with some marshmallows? Yummy!!
This is my version of a hot chocolate with marshmallow, in cupcake form.
Isn’t she cute? This little darling is Keisha, my best friend’s daughter who turned one on March 2nd, 2013. Me and her mother roamed college with all the ups and down, but we managed to stay friends till this day. For her daughter’s birthday, she asked me if I could make the cake, of course I said yes. But then the ideas just blossomed into a whole theme of a party, which is Minnie Mouse, with not just a birthday cake, but also cupcakes, cake in jars, and sugar cookies. Continue reading
Today is March 14, jut a regular day to most of us, but for math geeks, it’s a special day to commemorate the number 3.14. Yup, it’s Pi day! I didn’t even know such day existed, but when Mr. Geek contacted me and asked if I could make cupcakes on the 14th with Pi symbol and the number 3,14, i was like, oooh.. there is such day.
So, early morning March 14, I made a batch of vanilla cupcakes, peanut butter frosting, and chocolate butter cream for his cupcakes. Just a simple set, with blue & pink butter cream decoration only.
