now the fun part! We’re gonna assemble all the parts to make a delicious lasagna.

serving size : 20cm x 20cm baking dish/pan

Ingredients :

The crepe pasta

(1x recipe)

Beef Bolognaise

(1x recipe)

Bechamel sauce

(1x recipe)

2 packs (400 gr) of gratted cheddar cheese. You can use any other cheese like gouda, mozzarella or mix the cheese to approximately 400 gr
Butter, to butter the baking dish

BEEF BOLOGNAISE SAUCE

not just for lasagna, it’s perfect for a basic spaghetti sauce. delicious!

Ingredients :

250 gr of ground beef
1 small can of champignon mushroom
1 small onion or half big onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp nutmeg powder
1 tbsp Oregano
2 bay leaves
4 medium fresh tomatoes
½ a can of tomato paste
1 cup of beef stock
¼ cup of olive oil
Salt & pepper

ENCHILADAS CASSEROLE

I have a tough time deciding the name for this recipe. I kinda like the name Mexican Lasagna also, cause the process of making this is very similar to a lasagna. But Enchiladas Casserole has a nicer ring to it 🙂

I made this today and served it to my friends, and they all loved it! This may not be as simple as my other recipes, but with step by step pictures I’m sure you can all manage to make this from scratch.
