Ingredients:
(makes enough dough for one 9 or 10 inch double crust pie)
- 2-1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup ice cold butter, cut into tiny pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 7 tablespoon ice water
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
for the apple filling :
- 6 apples, peeled & thinly slice
- 80 gr white sugar
- 50 gr brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinammon
- 1 cup crushed biscuit
- Extras : raisins & pecans, almonds, etc.
