Ingredients :

1. 2 small packs of enoki mushrooms
2. 10 slices of beef bacon
3. BBQ sauce
4. vegetable/olive oil

Directions :

roll a thumb sized of enoki with the beef bacon strips. secure it with toothpicks

Make a mixture of BBQ sauce & veggie/olive oil. Spread it all over the enoki beef roll

Grilled the roll until the beef bacon is crisps

took the toothpicks out, and serve. All done..
